A 30% Non Refundable Deposit will be required at the time of booking. The balance is due 4 weeks prior to arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks before arrival, the total ammount is payable. Also required is a refundable damage deposit of £150.00 which is due at the same time as the balance payment. This will be refunded within 7 days of departure if no breakages, lossor exceptional cleaning required has occured. The proprietors are not responsible for, and do not accept liability for, any injury sustained by any person, or damage to or loss of any property whilst on the premises. The number of occupants must not exceed the maximum number of 4 people. The Owners reserve the right to enter the property at a reasonable time for the purpose of providing clean towels and maintenance. We regret that we do not allow pets. We have a non smoking policy. |
The Cottage is available from 3pm. on the day of arrival and in order that it may be cleaned, we would request that it be vacated by 10.30am on the day of departure. |
