Grade II Listed Hemington House is situated on the edge of the picturesque village of Hemington, just 3
minutes from Junction 24 of the M1 and the A50, 5 minutes from Donington Park Race Circuit and East
Midlands Airport.
The Cottage which is attached to the house, was originally 'The Old Laundry'.

Hemington House was built in the early 1820's.The guest
wing, with it's heavily beamed ceilings dates back even
earlier. The house was part of the Calke Abbey Estate.
During the 19th century the adjacent farmyard belonged to
Hemington House. They were separated during the 1950's
and the yard is now run as a livery stables.
